Menofly is a subscription product sold by Human First AI Labs LLC. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. If Menofly isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date, no questions asked.
What is covered
- The initial charge for a new monthly or annual subscription.
- Renewal charges are also refundable within 14 days of the renewal date if you contact us before you've made substantial use of the new billing period.
How to request a refund
Email us at hello@menofly.ai from the address you used at checkout, and tell us you'd like a refund. We don't need a reason.
Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Bank processing typically takes 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, which opens the secure Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling by itself does not issue a refund — request a refund using the steps above if you want your money back within the 14-day window.
After the 14-day window
Outside the 14-day window we generally don't issue refunds for elapsed subscription time. If something has gone wrong on our side — a billing error, a service outage, or a duplicate charge — please contact us and we'll make it right.
